You can’t go wrong with Illy–perhaps my second favorite coffee. It’s Italian coffee and to me isn’t as strong as some other gourmet brands. It’s made from the Arabica bean, prized for its pronounced aroma, its mild, well-rounded flavor, and its low caffeine content.
